Planet Nature's mung beans are at home in Asian cuisine. They are ideal for making sprouts yourself. The sprouts of the mung beans are mistakenly known as "bean sprouts"! But they are in no way related to the soybean. Planet Nature's mung beans contain a lot of vegetable protein. Let the beans soak for at least 8 hours, then cook for 30 minutes. May contain traces of gluten, lupine, nuts, sesame and soy due to production.
