Organic Parboiled Rice

This organic parboiled rice is pre-cooked. The silver skin is removed from the rice using a gentle steam process. Most of the minerals in the husk get into the kernel of the organic parboiled rice thanks to the gentle process. Then the organic parboiled rice is polished like any other white rice. For everyone who is in a hurry at lunchtime and doesn't want to go without a rice meal. Rice is naturally gluten-free.
