The organic soy minced meat type is a textured soy and comes from Austria. It is a great alternative for all minced meat dishes and can be used in a variety of ways. Simply swell the minced meat with water or broth and then squeeze it out. Basic recipe: Soak schnitzel in liquid for 5 minutes, then squeeze out and fry. Naturally gluten-free and vegan, made without any other additives. Contains SOY. May contain traces of gluten, lupine, nuts and sesame due to production.
