The finest, white, light, airy salt flakes are reminiscent of fresh powder snow. This salt is created through the interplay of wind, sun and sea. It is harvested in a secluded bay in India and sun dried after harvesting - giving it its dry "powdery" texture. An excellent table salt with an exquisite, almost sweet flavor.
