Born from our passion for Italy and its art of living, P&O was created from the initials of our two first names, Pauline and Olivier. We fell in love with this country in 2009 during a stay in Tuscany, to the point of organizing our wedding there among the olive trees 5 years later. In the meantime, we had returned every year to discover new regions and had learned Italian. After years of bringing back to our friends and family the wonderful products we discovered there, we decided in 2016 to combine business with pleasure and make it our new professional vocation, giving us the opportunity to go there even more often!

We therefore travel through this magnificent and contrasting country at least twice and for at least 6 weeks per year to find the rare pearls of its beautiful regions: Tuscany, Umbria, Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Marche, Campania, Puglia, Sicily... Each has its own gastronomy and its own specialities, with each trip new discoveries, new encounters and new delights to offer you: fresh egg pasta from Campofilone, durum wheat pasta from Amatrice, tomato sauces from Matera, extra virgin olive oils and bruschetta from Abruzzo and Puglia, balsamic vinegar from Modena PGI, taralli from Puglia, Christmas panettones and Easter colomba, from Tuscany, etc. All come from small artisan producers who are passionate about their craft and their land, with whom we have established close relationships. Our only selection criteria: authenticity, taste and quality!
