Old fashioned sardines oil-free lemon marinade

Stuffed sardines fresh at the best of the season, when they are the tastiest, and the richest in Omega 3. Sardines landed in Brittany (responsible fishing) and made in the traditional way: the preparation of the fish and the casing are done in hand in Douarnenez. An oil-free marinade, with lemon pulp, for a very fresh recipe. The slight white deposit that may occur is natural.
