The name “Poline” is a mixture of our grandmothers’ first names “Paulette” and “Jacqueline”. When we were little, we made vegetable jams with our grandmothers. Growing up, we couldn't find any on the market and our entrepreneurial soul was awakened. Margo is a master jam maker and we have been selling our jams since September 2022.
