Why did you create PONTICCIOLI?
Sicily is the direct evocation of my sweetest childhood memories, my first attempts at cycling, those unforgettable days spent at the beach. But Sicily also has this very special taste of its own, that of arancini, scopa or even mianonna… Sharing my heritage and my origins through gastronomy has always been imprinted in a corner of my mind and especially in the depths of my heart.
