PR.ALI.NA. - acronym of Produzione Alimenti Naturali - was born in 1991 from the desire to preserve and share the resources of the earth, the herbs and vegetables of Salento, the extreme edge of Puglia. This is where the idea of creating a transformation company of local raw materials comes to life, able to reproduce in an innovative industrial process the same alchemy that takes place in the "home kitchen" between the quality of the raw material and the goodness of the finished "dish".
PR.ALI.NA. today it exports to more than 35 countries around the world and produces a wide range of natural and sustainable products, suitable for every taste: 100% Italian tomato sauces, vegetable dressings and organic paté; creams and sauces for organic children (baby-food) and soups and velvety creams made with cereals and legumes grown in Puglia and traced by Blockchain. Each reference is made respecting the biodiversity of the territory and its peculiarities, with particular attention to the environmental sustainability of the entire production cycle.
