MELUSINE is a water nymph, a local being. It reminds us of the freshness of the sea. It is a single varietal Sauvignon Blanc white wine. The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils, not very fertile but well drained; Harvested overnight from selected vines. Pale yellow colour, limpid with green reflections; with an expressive nose with a touch of white fruits; on the palate citrus fruits, white fruits and some mineral aromas. ideal for summer, it will take us back to the sea...
