Homemade raspberry jam - 335g - E203

Raspberry Jam, made in Provence, the warm flavor of raspberry, a sweet scent of candy.  Long-term partner with an artisanal jam maker, employing people with disabilities (ESAT).  Located less than 20 KM from us.   Ingredients: raspberries, white cane sugar.  Prepared with 70g of fruit for 100g of jam.  Total sugar content after cooking: 63g per 100g.  May contain traces of nuts.
