Alexandros Rallis founded Profil Grec in 2009. He enjoys traveling around Mani on his scooter, taking an endless winding road just to breathe in the scent of the flowers of a beekeeper, running out of steam in the mountains to pick a sprig of oregano in front of the most beautiful panorama in the world, exploit the maternal olive trees to make a sumptuous oil. And above all, to meet people who like to make beautiful things, farmers, artisans, artists ...
