HE BERGAMOT AB* 10ml

100% pure and natural essential oil obtained by cold pressing the fresh zest (pericarps) of Citrus aurantium ssp Bergamia. Like all other citrus essential oils, Bergamot oil is fresh and invigorating but less acidic, it is also the finest in smell. A tree very sensitive to temperature variations, the Bergamot tree can reach five meters. The very fragrant white flowers will give small round fruits like a miniature orange, dark green then yellow when ripe. Its small yellow fruits when they ripen are inedible because they are very acidic. Use: Food flavoring (FEMA n°: 2153 / CoE n°: 137n) Indicative dosage for 100 grams of culinary preparation: 1 to 2 drops are enough to flavor your preparations: sweets, cakes, exotic dishes... Always use essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (example: vegetable oil, honey, etc.) Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and creams (emulsions). Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case it is necessary to put 4 times more solubol than essential oil).
