100% pure and natural essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the flowers of Chamaelum nobile L. (or Anthemis nobilis L.). Widespread in Europe, Roman Chamomile, also called Noble Chamomile, comes in the form of a not very tall perennial with delicate white flowers with yellow hearts offering a fragrance with warm and floral top notes on a sweet and fruity base mixed with a bitter scent. The essential oil obtained has been used since antiquity for its many medicinal virtues. Use: Food flavoring (FEMA n°: 3034 / CoE n°: 461n) Food dosage: 1 drop in a dish for 5 people (never exceed 2%) Always use essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (example: vegetable oil, honey, etc.) Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and emulsions (creams). Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case it is necessary to put 4 times more solubol than essential oil).
