Parsley

Our flat-leaf parsley is very aromatic: you will use it for your parsley (and therefore your Provencal tomatoes), your tabbouleh, your cucumber salads, your omelettes, your pasta, steamed potatoes, your fish dishes, meats and poultry (at the end of cooking, mixed with butter).
