P'TIT BOUT D'ALSACE

Born in Alsace south of Strasbourg in 2018, a "P'tit Bout D'Alsace" is: Marine and Stéphane, two Alsatians passionate about good and tasty products.   A sulphurous desire to discover a small part of the rich Alsatian gastronomy: the small traditional “pure butter” savory and sweet shortbread cookies as well as the cult “gingerbread”.   These products are made for you with particular attention to quality and composition.



Made by hand, it was therefore important to us to make them from 100% organic ingredients, but also to choose as much as possible local or, failing that, from "Fair Trade".

HASFor this reason, we use 1/2 wholemeal flour from biodynamic agriculture but also coconut flower sugar in our range of "cookies" for a lower glycemic index.



Thus, our range includes several types of biscuits including "Spritz", "Linzer" but also a savory variation with French Emmental and fleur de sel biscuits, without forgetting our cookies made entirely by hand. hand.



In short, no artificial preservatives and only quality products: that is our motto!
