South of Strasbourg, Marine and Stéphane created P’tit Bout d’Alsace in 2018, a small artisanal business born from a great love for regional gastronomy.
Their wish: to share a part of the Alsatian culinary tradition through authentic and nature-friendly products.
Each “pure butter” shortbread and each gingerbread is handmade, with ingredients from organic farming, local as much as possible, or from fair trade.
Their range showcases the iconic flavors of Alsace: golden honey, fragrant cinnamon, cloves, and a hint of kirsch—a perfect balance of sweetness and character.
Without additives or preservatives, their creations combine quality, authenticity and deliciousness.
