Born in Alsace south of Strasbourg in 2018, a "P'tit Bout D'Alsace" is: Marine and Stéphane, two Alsatians passionate about good and tasty products. A fiery desire to introduce a small slice of the rich Alsatian gastronomy: the traditional "pure butter" shortbread, both sweet and savory, for the end-of-year celebrations, as well as the cult "gingerbread." These products are made for you with particular attention to quality and composition.
Made by hand, it was therefore important to us to make them from ingredients that come mostly from organic farming, but also to choose as many as possible locally or, failing that, from "Fair Trade".
HASFor this reason, we use a 1/2 wholemeal flour from biodynamic agriculture.
Thus, our range of "Grands Pains d’Épices" proudly represents the colors of Alsace, namely: 40° Kirsch, honey, cinnamon as well as cloves, in short an explosive cocktail!
In short, no artificial preservatives and only quality products: that is our motto!
