We founders Max, Aalay and Taj came up with the idea for Pukka Berlin while we were studying for a master’s degree in England. Although we came from different continents, we had very similar ideas about design, fashion, sustainability and transparency. We developed a deep friendship and always joked about starting our own business. But we never thought that we would take the leap from idea to implementation...
When we noticed how opaque the jewelry industry is while on the one hand more sustainable awareness is coming into focus, we decided that the industry needed a change. Together we founded Pukka Berlin with the mission to create a brand that allows jewelry to shine in new splendor. And wow what an exciting journey it has been so far!
