What are the health benefits? Cocoa butter is a strong source of vitamin E, which supports vision, reproduction, and the health of your brain, skin, and blood. Cocoa butter contains also a high amount of fatty acids, which make it well-suited as a primary ingredient in skin cream. How is it made? This product is made from hand selected roasted and husked beans, harvested from mature Criollo and Trinitario. The beans are fermented then cleaned, roasted and winnowed to remove shells. The beans are exposed to high temperatures after being chilled and shelled in order to create cocoa nibs which are then grinded to a fine mass to obtain cocoa liquor. The cacao liquor is then pressed to extract the cocoa butter to be cooled and molded. Natural unrefined butter. Unit = 25kg
