A delicious white chocolate that is made with rice cream and is free from sugar, dairy, gluten, soy and palm oil. Less than 1% sugar. A revolutionary chocolate that is bursting with sweet, creamy flavour. It's perfect for kids and adults that need their chocolate fix. Our recipe which was developed with the help of nutritionists uses rice cream instead of dairy and cocoa butter instead of palm oil. Our sweeteners are mainly a special blend of erythritol and inulin (which are derived from fruits & vegetables). We also use a tiny amount of sucralose (0.04%) to mimic the top notes of sugar.
