Sri Lanka Noir, harvest 2023

Large brown and black berries with a spicy, full-bodied and slightly tingling aroma and strong pungency. Sri Lanka Noir harmonizes with beef, soups, dressings and ragouts. The pepper grows in the species-rich spice gardens around Kandy. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
