Acorn-fed Iberian Ham from selected Iberian pigs raised in oak and cork oak forests and fed only on grass and acorns.   The drying and curing of our hams in the Sierra Extremadura strictly complies with the canons established by tradition.   With a juicy and creamy texture and a long and intense aroma, with memories to Wild Acorn.   Approximate weight 7.5-8.5 kg.
