Navajas from the Galician Rías, cooked and marinated in Olive Oil.   Preserved in an airtight can.                                                                            It is a marine bivalve mollusk that belongs to the Solenaceae family and genus Ensis. 

It lives on the seabed buried in the sand, where it digs deep vertical holes. 

The top of these Holes are shaped like an eight. Weight: 130g
