The drying and curing of our shoulders in the Sierra Extremadura strictly complies with the canons established by tradition.   With a juicy and unctuous texture and a long and intense aroma, with hints of wild acorn.   Approximate weight 4.7 kg. Packaged in breathable organic cotton terry fabric.
