Acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder, knife cut and vacuum packed.   Presented in recycled Kraft paper envelopes.   80 gram envelopes. Acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder from Iberian pigs selected and raised in oak and cork oak forests and fed only on grass and acorns.
