Bonito Belly Fillets north, preserved in EVOO, and packaged in an airtight can.                                                                            The northern albacore is one of the best valued species among tunas. 

It is characterized by an exquisite flavor, a soft texture and a white color.                                                                            Its capture takes place in the Cantabrian Sea through traditional fishing processes. 

It is done one by one and with a hook so that the fish does not suffer and can later offer meat beautiful, high quality.                                                                            Weight: 115 gr.
