Quesos Sierra Sur was founded in 1994, with an endless desire to add value and something new to our beautiful land, Jaén.  
Although resources were scarce at the beginning, the desire to work and prosper was always greater. That perseverance, love, and dedication have led us to prosper and have clients throughout Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Europe.

Although our desire to continue expanding horizons and entering new international markets is immense, our roots, our origins, and the highest quality will always go hand in hand. 


We handcraft goat and sheep cheeses and yogurts, with the well-being of our livestock as one of our fundamental pillars. 


Furthermore, values are essential to our team, which is why we have a deep commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development, equality in hiring and the workplace, support for local sports and the community, and sustainability and the circular economy.
