mid beer

Mid beer is a vegan variety in the shape of a cone. We only mix durum wheat semolina with Mariensteiner Brauhaus Dunkel 1962. Since the alcohol boils off, it creates a light beer taste. The noodles are great for roast beef in dark beer sauce.
