Rex Flower 12 Piece Table Set

The service consists of 4 dinner plates 25 cm, 4 soup plates 22 cm, 4 fruit plates 19 cm.  This decoration called "Rex Flower" is the faithful reproduction of one of the services in use on the T/N Roma, T/N Augustus and T/N Rex, some of the most famous passenger ships built in Italy and launched on the route in the 1930s. Genoa - New York.  This service reserved for the 1st Class of the Transatlantic, was commissioned for the first time to the Radif company at the end of the twenties by the "Italian General Navigation" (see NGI coat of arms reproduced on the plate). Today it is proposed again, under the exclusive concession of the Società Italia di Navigazione itself, to enhance the style and elegance of a truly unique table with its refined decoration and the variety of its colours.
