Txokolate Bean to Bar Solomon Islands 55% with smoked sheep's milk

This delicious txokolate is made with cocoa from Auki (Malaita) in the Solomon Islands, Melanesia. Indigenous farmers take full advantage of Makira's tropical climate and rich volcanic soil. This produces a very peculiar grain and very different from those that already exist on the market. To this great cocoa, we have added smoked sheep's milk, inspired by the very characteristic smoked sheep cheeses of the Basque Country to make a reinterpretation of txokolate with sheep's milk and oak smoke. 70g.
