With cocoa from Venezuela from the South Lake region. Once toasted and chopped, it is macerated with Bizi-Goxo cider from Zapiain. Bizi-Goxo ice cider is made with the Errezil apple variety, native to the Basque Country. As it evolves, it loses water, wrinkles, concentrating its sugars and acids, resulting in semi-raisined fruit, with very particular aromas and flavors. Sur del Lago cocoa, with its strong cocoa flavor, freshness and low acidity, is the ideal companion to accompany this cider. We have created a very original product, obtaining a sensory profile with a subtle sweetness and acid tones typical of the Errezil apple, with a final flavor of ripe apple and wood. 70g.
