Deruta Marina earrings

Earrings made with the embroidery technique around a hand-painted Deruta majolica with blue and light blue decorative motifs on a white background. I sewed lapis lazuli pearls and blue and white glass pearls around the central cabochon and completed the creation with blue and white raffia fans and sea-themed decorations in shades of white and satin gold. The shell-shaped pin, made of brass and rhodium-plated bronze, is white. Entirely handmade in Turin, Italy.
