Raffolé was created in 1990 by Gonzalo Cruz, who came straight from Argentina to study. Desperately looking for dulce de leche in our beautiful country, and not finding it. He decided to create his own factory and his own brand, Raffolé. He therefore decided to settle down in Hauts-de-France, a region where milk and sugar are local pride. The ultimate challenge: never use weird ingredients in our products. We have therefore made the choice, since our creation, to ban the use of oil. But also controversial ingredients to guarantee gourmet spreadable creams, without artifice.
