The hobby inventor Choon Ng worked as a safety engineer at Nissan in the USA for a long time. In his spare time he invented useful utensils. A few years ago, while watching his daughters crafting hair ties, he came up with the idea of a loom that would make this work easier.
In order to make a perfect product, Choon developed for whole 2 years. The father of the family attached great importance to the issue of safety. The products have been extensively tested in extreme situations (heat, cold, UV radiation,...). After putting all his savings into the project, it went into series production.

ORIGINAL RAINBOW LOOM® RUBBER BANDS
Rainbow Loom® rubber bands have been specially developed for working on the loom. They are very flexible, soft and extremely stretchy. In contrast to conventional rubber rings, they are neither hard nor sticky. Rainbow Loom® elastics are very supple and recover well to their original shape. Due to the special recipe, the rubber bands can be shaped into a wide variety of creations.
