"The true taste of a roasted and caramelized pistachio, a creaminess to delight your taste buds or your desserts." We select a very specific variety of pistachios to make our pistachio praline. It is a different variety from those usually consumed as an aperitif. Our pistachios naturally retain their green color and have 24% additional fat, which allows us to obtain a smooth, ultra-creamy pistachio praline. We make our pistachio praline on a regular basis.
