Sea salt flakes with pink pepper

Flake salt is a gourmet sea salt that has not undergone any kind of industrial process; it is used in haute cuisine thanks to its delicate flavour. Pink pepper adds a sort of a sweet and citric tone, not very spicy. This salt with a pink shade is slightly spicy but less salty than common salt, which makes it very pleasant to those with an exquisite palate. It dissolves esily when seasoning food and it will not stick together making lumps. Add it to stews or salads just prior to serving.
