Weight: 1.38 kg Storage: 3 years minimum, at room temperature. Consume within 15 days of opening. Our Relais Gourmet advice: Foie gras is best stored in a cupboard or pantry, but refrigerate it for 1 hour before eating for a better texture. Serve with rye bread or preferably toasted country bread. Foie gras is not a good match for regular rusks or similar types of toast, so avoid them.
