These two epicureans, passionate about "good things," worked in event planning and played at being alchemists in their spare time, imagining recipes for infused rums that they enjoyed with their loved ones.
To fight the pandemic, lockdowns follow one another and resemble each other, undermining the very essence of being human, this social animal.
As the economic fabric tears apart and places of sharing and gathering close their doors, Pauline and Romain have a revelation: if they can no longer go out, they will drown the darkness of the world in their fruity and liqueur-like elixirs!

On December 31, 2020, at the dawn of a new year full of doubts,
recipe ideas are flying, everyone is getting into the spirit and in the family enthusiasm, the lovers jump into 2021 with their project in a golden parachute.

CABRAKÁN Arrangements are born and bring a honey-colored glimmer of hope into a stormy sky.
It will be a rum with great aromatic, olfactory and gustatory qualities. And not only will it delight the taste buds, but it will also adhere to a code of eco-responsible conduct!
Transcended by this prediction from the gods, Pauline and Romain wholeheartedly embark on a completely handcrafted design. In their quest for perfection, they partnered with Domaine de Bellevue on the island of Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe,
a distillery with numerous awards and to date the only eco-positive estate in the world.
The fruits themselves are carefully selected for their freshness and ripeness.
If they can source their supplies in Normandy, they will favour the short supply chain!
The young entrepreneurs imagine and develop their recipes entirely by hand, from cutting the fruit to bottling. They know deep down that nothing can come between their thirst for sharing and the thirst for escape and delight of the rest of the world!
