The result of a patiently refined process and an exceptional terroir, this Cuvée du Distiller pays tribute to the know-how transmitted by Roger Damoiseau Père et Fils as well as to the 40 years of harvesting from the 3rd generation. Beyond 50%, a rum is defined as over-proof (beyond the standard), this degree warms the aromatic palette for an intense and vibrant tasting! Its slightly tanned color is given by the non-alcoholic elements, also called congeners, which determine the taste. The geographical indication guarantees a unique and authentic result.
