This vintage comes from a rum campaign characterized by optimal sunshine in 2009 which favored the cultivation of a sugar cane with an exceptional sucrose concentration. The old agricultural rum 2009 was aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels with a capacity of 220 liters in our cellar located at the distillery, This tropical aging brings an aromatic complexity typical of the Guadeloupe terroir. The rum is bottled after dilution and gradual brewing.
