The Old Agricole Rhum V.O (Very Old) obtains its name after having spent a minimum of 3 years in barrels of 180 to 200 liters having contained bourbon. Over time, it acquires its color, its woody and spicy notes. Our cellar master, Hervé Damoiseau works meticulously to constantly reproduce the organoleptic characteristics of this fine and gourmet blend.
