Our macerations are made from exceptional products: an artisanal agricultural white rum AOC from Martinique, a Bourbon vanilla pod from Madagascar and fruits picked at full maturity, selected to bring a maximum of flavors, the creation of a perhaps long maceration: you should know that some of our arranged rums were thought out and worked two years before their release, because we are looking to see how it evolves over time and the seasonality of certain fruits is very short. We rely on 3 criteria to create our nectars: Excellence of raw materials, Balance of aromas and Elegance of our bottles.
Although the taste quality of the fruit is first and foremost, organic is indeed important for us. Today we use 60% organic fruits and spices. Beyond organic, using local fruits and going through the short circuit is also important. Besides Martinique rum, spices and fruits come from different parts of the world. .
