Our organic spiced rum made from molasses comes from double distillation. We have meticulously selected 5 organic spices of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, cloves and adding a hint of caramel. Macerated and matured for several months, we find a very pleasant roundness in the mouth for an aperitif or digestive.
