"Rififi en cuisine" is an artisanal 100% organic fruit and vegetable cannery, located in Dordogne, processing products grown by producers in Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.
To delight your taste buds, our fruits and vegetables are cut, seasoned, simmered,... in our workshop in Bergerac.
Rififi in the kitchen is made from fresh, seasonal, local and organic products. Our recipes are simple, original and surprising without coloring or preservatives for everyone's pleasure.
We limit food waste by using non-standard fruits and vegetables (shape, size), thus helping to recycle products destined for waste.In 2023, we received two awards:
- the Food Waste Reduction Award in Nouvelle-Aquitaine
- the Inspiring Initiatives Award in Nouvelle-Aquitaine
