Mint Crunchy Rice

Crunchy is our non-puffed crunchy rice, covered at a low temperature with spices and absolutely natural ingredients. It is a product with a truly intense taste and aroma, ideal for decorating velvety soups, sauces, creams, ice creams, mousses, risottos, avant-garde cuisine. It is no coincidence that we have called them the crunchy spices of gliAironi: in fact, they are also characterized by very intense colors obtained exclusively from natural processes. The production of Crunchy takes place as for a traditional pralining in pan: a neutral extruded rice grain without flavoring is rotated at a temperature of about 80° with different ingredients and natural colours.
