Gourmet Salt Oriental

Gourmet Oriental salt (sumac) is often served as a table seasoning. Sumac gives braised dishes with beef, lamb or fish a fresh note and also goes well with hearty bean and rice stews. Popcorn can also be refined very well with sumac.
