Ritonka and the coffee plantation At Ritonka, we are a passionate, innovative family business dedicated to roasting high-quality specialty coffees. Everything in the purest and most natural quality without any kind of chemical additives and made with love. Our friend and coffee purveyor Jose runs a family business for premium Arabica coffee. The plantation is located in the mountains of Honduras and the passion for coffee came with the founders in May 1794. The main activity of the family is and has always been the cultivation of coffee, a legacy that has been passed down from generation to generation. Employees are not treated like workers but rather like family members and are therefore also good friends of ours. My passion is to cook and to make people happy and surprised with my new culinary creations. One day I made ketchup for my friends who immediately fell in love with the creation, which I made using only pure honey and no chemical additives. Soon I was developing different unique ketchup flavors with ingredients like coffee, chocolate and various spices. This is how Ritonka began. Since then we have been looking for other unique creations to enrich the Ritonka product family. We were lucky enough to meet José, the owner of a coffee farm in Honduras. His passion for natural Arabica coffee inspired us and soon we became very good friends and business partners. Life would be boring without a good cup of coffee and a bar of chocolate.
