A 2017 Pu Erh tea matured for 36 months in cognac barrels. A balance is created throughout the metamorphosis of this tea which, upon contact with the barrel, takes on the tannins and aromas of the precious beverage. 50gr box Ideally infused cold (15 g per liter) varying the infusion time between one and two hours depending on the desired intensity. It can also be infused hot for a short time at 90°C.
