Premium Kombucha - Organic Verbena* from Grasse

CAUTION: live product to be kept cool. All our Kombuchas are brewed taking all the time it takes and with all the manual work necessary to obtain an authentic, artisanal and absolutely natural drink. The selection of ingredients is rigorous, top-of-the-range tea and the best cane sugar. The creation of the perfumes is done by our brewer, who also takes the time to draw the illustrations of each bottle to share these emotions of taste and history that cannot be transmitted with words. The aromatic ingredients (plants, vegetables, herbs) are all harvested by hand in our Alpes-Maritimes region and transformed in the workshop using various methods to extract the best from them. This Verveine de Grasse perfume is bewitching! Evolving over time, it develops more and more aromas of rose and lychee. The field where this verbena grows is cultivated by Emmanuelle, a Grassoise who wants to be one of the people who are reviving the cultivation of local perfume plants. In each of these bottles, there is a little of this History of the city of perfumes and also of these stories, of men and women who make a terroir. For the tasting, do not drink too cold and provide a wine glass.
