China Lapsang Souchong smoked tea

China Lapsang Souchong smoke tea, this black smoke tea consists of larger lower leaves of the bushes. It is fermented and smoked over an open fire in which resinous woods are burned. The aroma and taste of the infusion are smoky and intense. Sugar and milk will make it milder if you like. In the cup the tea shows a brownish orange color. Preparation: Pour one liter of boiling water over 5 teaspoons of leaves. The brewing time is 3 minutes or longer, because the drink does not become bitter.
