Gin Roders American Oak Aged Gin

Gin Roders American Oak Aged is the aged version of Gin Roders London Dry, an ultra-premium artisanal gin with American oak, recognized in the most important international spirits competitions. With aging, the presence of juniper is attenuated and other notes derived from the wood are added. This process is carried out with the Oak Master immersed barrel method, which allows aging in the bottle itself, creating the "single bottle" concept, thus giving extra exclusivity. The American oak wood provides fruity notes such as coconut, as well as coffee, cocoa, and vanilla. We obtain less tannin presence than with other woods, resulting in a less dry, softer and sweeter taste. For the production of Gin Roders, only natural botanicals are used, several of them being native to the area of ​​Mediterranean influence where La Clandestileria is located; plus 100% grain alcohol of the highest quality.       It is distilled in a traditional alembic in small batches over low heat. Thanks to carrying out the entire process from scratch in a completely artisanal and controlled manner, as well as being able to dedicate the necessary time, an excellent final product of approximately 500 bottles per production is achieved.
